Scottish Highland Cattle

In 2018, we added a family of Scottish highland cattle to our farm. Our current stock includes one bull, one steer, two heifers, and one heifer calf, born during the summer of 2018. We raise our cattle on pasture using rotational grazing principles. Beef will be available beginning in December 2019.
